What is a podcast?
A podcast is an audio file, or a series of audio files, located at a unique web feed address. People can subscribe to this feed by submitting the feed address to an audio player (iTunes is a popular choice, and free). Once you have subscribed, new episodes of the podcast are downloaded to your computer automatically when they are available.

Now open iTunes, locate "Subscribe to Podcast" on the "Advanced" menu. Paste in the above address, and click "OK". You should now be subscribed to the Gatehouse Podcast. All episodes will be downloaded, including future episodes when they become available.
